The customer operates a large spare parts warehouse with dual-sided high-density racking, supporting the production line with thousands of SKUs. The traditional paper-based management model created three core bottlenecks:
A single SKU was stored across multiple bin locations, with no accurate real-time quantity tracking. Cycle counting was slow and inaccurate, making inventory reconciliation extremely inefficient.
All pick lists, delivery notes and transfer slips relied on printed paper. This caused high printing costs, version delays, lost documents and zero digital audit trail for operations.
