Production tasks and QA results (Pass/Fail) are synced to the labels in real-time. Furthermore, the system features advanced Pick-to-Light (PTL) visual guidance—utilizing colored LED flashes and a 50cm light beam—to direct operators instantly during WIP retrieval, ensuring a 100% paperless and error-free material flow.
